Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Exchanges

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected, typically ranging from 3–10 business days.

 

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information provided once the item ships.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are outside our shipping area and would like to place an order, please contact us directly.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We’re happy to assist in any way we can.
