COACH SIMOn A. LEBLEU
ABOUT COACH SIMON A. LEBLEU
Coach Simon brings with him over twenty years of hockey experience, from youth hockey, juniors, to running and managing the successful Reno Ice Raiders Hockey Club, located here at Reno Ice.
Coach Simon’s passion for the game comes from his experience in attending various hockey programs, both internationally (Okanagan Hockey Academy) and domestically (Heartland Hockey School, U.S. Junior Development Program, Okanagan Hockey School, J. Robinson Hockey School, Robby Glantz International Power Skating and Laura Stramm Power Skating).
He has been a student of the game for over twenty years, and brings with him the aspirations to build a state-of-the-art experience to all those Battlers that partake at his camp.
Simon has leveraged his on-ice experience to build an off-ice portfolio as a lawyer, professor (California State University – Sacramento & McGeorge School of Law), business owner (Reno Ice Raiders Hockey Club), and looks to build and transform the Reno Ice Hockey demographic into a “hockey town.”
Simon is the proud president of Battle Born Hockey School and looks to utilize his experiences to elevate each camp participant’s game, both on and off the ice.
